The Windham Housing Trust (formerly the Brattleboro Area Community Land Trust) is a member-based, nonprofit organization that provides permanent access to decent and affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents of Windham County.

WHT buys buildings and land, holds the land in trust, and either sells the buildings to income-eligible families or retains and manages the buildings as affordable rental apartments.
