HomeOwnership Center of Southeastern Vermont

The HomeOwnership Center of Southeastern Vermont is a program of the Windham Housing Trust and is dedicated to expanding homeownership opportunities for people of southern Windham County.

The HomeOwnership Center provides:

•  Homebuyer workshops 
•  Pre-purchase counseling
•  Affordable homeownership through the Homeland Program
•  Financial assistance for home purchase
•  Home repair loans through the Revolving Loan Fund
•  Delinquency intervention, foreclosure prevention, and credit repair assistance
