Homebuyer Workshops
Homebuyer workshops are offered monthly at convenient times. Guest speakers in a typical class include a mortgage loan officer, Realtor, attorney, and home inspector, who present an overview of the home buying process. This eight-hour class takes you through the process of purchasing a home, step by step, and helps you determine if homeownership is right for you.
To register for a class, fill out the personal profile and call 802-246-2102
to indicate which class you are interested in attending.

Pre-Purchase Counseling
If you are a prospective homebuyer, we also offer one-on-one counseling, free of charge, to assist you in developing a plan for realizing your dream of homeownership. We’ll work with you to determine what price home you can afford, help you better understand your credit score and credit history, and, if necessary, make repairs to your credit report. In addition, we can advise you on available homebuyer assistance programs that will enhance affordability.
