Application

Windham Housing Trust (WHT) provides affordable rental housing to low- and moderate-income households, including families and individuals, persons with disabilities or special needs, and the elderly.

WHT’s rental apartments are housed within multi-family buildings ranging in size from two units to 29 units, located throughout Windham County. The Trust also manages four “single-room occupancy” residences, whereby a resident leases a single room with shared cooking, dining, and living areas in a home-like setting. Our rents include heat and hot water.
